CORE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be a resident of the State of Illinois

  • Must be at least 18, though some Offices require individuals to be aged 21+

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • May be required to possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) card

  • Pass a series of tests as outlined by each specific job posting

  • Physical, environmental requirements, and sensory requirements
  • Background check may be required
